Here's the 261 coming back into the Kilbourn depot from the lunch excursion to New Lisbon. We had lunch in Wisconsin Dells at Monk's. Afterward we stopped in Captain Brady's Showboat Saloon for a couple of cold ones. That bartender was full of great local stories (legends too) and we enjoyed our visit immensely.
We were seated in the Sky Dome this trip. Here it is just before the Cedar Rapids at the end of the train.

And his happy wife!I captured an unusual site on the train this time too. One of the passengers in our car told me about the curious site in the private car just beyond the Sky Dome. We all had a quiet chuckle about this as we imagined the need for a turn of the wheel while someone else had other business going on.
