Railfan Diesel Days at Illinois Railway Museum

This weekend is the annual Diesel Days at the IRM. It's going to be HOT but there are at least two railcars with AC and the diner is air conditioned too. On really hot days they have a sprinkler system going overhead in a couple of locations to cool you down and the barns are always several degrees cooler than the outdoors.

Chuck likes to go to the IRM nearly every weekend and I can sometimes spot him via the webcams. Here's a shot I captured back in May from the Spalding Tower cam:
